Menu Plan Monday Dec 6-10

Monday - leftover Turkey soup(the last of the Thanksgiving Turkey...used every last bit, down to the carcass for broth!) and sandwiches

Tuesday - Cheesy Mostaccioli. I make a couple substitutions...for the ground beef I use ground sausage...and instead of a can of cheddar cheese soup(blech) I use ricotta.

Wednesday - Almost Meatless Sloppy Joes

Thursday - Burrito Bar

Friday - Out!

Happy Thanksgiving! The Storvicks will be having lots of TURKEY this week. This week I'll post our favorites for turkey leftovers, and a couple of casseroles that we take to Thanksgiving gatherings.
