Menu Plan Monday...Nov 22-26

Happy Thanksgiving! The Storvicks will be having lots of TURKEY this week. This week I'll post our favorites for turkey leftovers, and a couple of casseroles that we take to Thanksgiving gatherings.

Monday - Crayfish and scallop gumbo(an Ole creation)

Tuesday - Turkey tetrazzini

Wednesday - Christmas Eve dinner at mys sis's house. I'm making White Bean Chili and she is making Red bean chili

Thursday - Norwegian White dinner at Ole's folks

Friday - Fast(just kidding, probably leftovers)

Monday - Turkey Jack Quesadillas and Cranberry Salsa

Tuesday - Beef Stroganoff, spinach salad, whole grain roll

Wednesday - Turkey sandwiches and soup

Thursday - Out!

Friday - Boiled Cod and potatoes, creamed peas, whole grain roll
