O cooked a tasty ham this weekend for Easter and we didn't eat much of since we were at his sister's and my sister's. We will be eating ham all week! Lots of leftovers!

Monday - Leftover sliced ham, leftover spinach casserole

Tuesday - Out! Db in town unexpectedly - G&D at G&G's.

Wednesday - Grilled ham and cheese sammies and tomato soup

Thursday - Chef salad

Friday - Erika's birthday dinner at Murry's

* This salsa paired very nicely with marinated chicken breasts. Definte repeat, and really no recipe necessary.
