An effort to orgnanize my week, and my recipes.
Let me preface this by saying my husband, Ole, is the chef in the family and does not often follow recipes. If he does, he looks at a couple and tweaks to his liking. I refer to myself as the line-cook. I make dinner as often as he does, but am admittedly uncreative in the kitchen. If there is a link to a recipe, you can bet it is my night to cook!

Oatmeal, Pecan, Chocolate Chip Cookies
I made these cookies last night after looking through last December's Cooking Light mag. They are quite tasty and I will definitely make them again. Of course they were made extra tasty by using BoCoMo grown pecans!
